If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right. Our refund policy lasts 2 days after purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at least three days prior to your order due date for a full refund.

While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
The commercial kitchen facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free. As a result, our products may unknowingly come into contact with these allergens.
Board of Health: All products are stored and prepared in a Board of Health certified commercial kitchen. All staff members are ServSafe certified, and Board of Health certified.
