As a huge fan of all things carrot cakes, I was unable to find the perfect slice. So I decided to experiment and came up with my own recipe!
This cake is light, moist, chock full of carrots and crushed pineapple, with just the right amount of sweetness. Topped off with a delicious cream cheese frosting and walnuts.
